Congratulations to our Field Manager Andrew Kiziah. Not only did he impress a local REALTOR so much that she brought BOTH of her sisters to Elliott Homes to build their dream home, but he also receives rave reviews like this one,

    Brandon Elliott is the founder/president of Elliott Companies, which are comprised of Elliott Homes and Elliott Land Development. He started Elliott Homes in 2009 with his wife, Adrienne and built it up to what it is today. He says a great company is only that way if the weakest link is great, so he carefully selected his staff.

    Brandon oversees the growth objectives of each company and ensures that all aspects of each are properly managed. In addition, he obtains capital and other funding sources to develop communities that follow our foundational concepts. Brandon assists the staff in improving the policies and procedures as well as the quality of life for our Buyers, Vendors and Co-workers. He believes that 100% customer satisfaction is attainable but it starts at the signing table. “A business that is extremely organized and sets the expectations of their clients correctly can attain this level of greatness.” He and Adrienne had a vision to give people the ability to choose what they want, which is why Elliott Homes’ Business Plan allows them to design the house of their dreams. To further expand on is commitment to the quality of life along the coast, Brandon feels it is essential to give back to the community. He understands hard work after playing professional hockey, which was a springboard for business. He grew up mentoring his Grandfather in a family business.

    Adrienne Elliott has always been inspired by the world of fashion, interiors and architecture and was destined to become a designer from an early age. After receiving her Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Psychology she wanted to further pursue her true passion in design. Life's path unveiled an opportunity and she began to create interior spaces for Elliott Homes on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Adrienne's style is neither contemporary nor traditional. Her style is defined by layering to achieve a balance. Through incorporating multiple eras and culture a unique aesthetic is displayed. Adrienne has her Associate Diploma Course in Interior Design from Rhodec International. Adrienne is the driving force behind the inception of "The Adrienne Collection."

    Maegan Harder is the Customer Service Concierge/Office Manager. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi. She has over 9 years experience in management and customer service. In 2014 she and her husband decided Elliott Homes would build their dream home. They moved in their new home and 4 months later she was accepting a position here. "During my own building experience with Elliott Homes, I fell in love with the company and the staff. I am truly honored to work with such passionate and driven people. I love working with our home buyers and making their building experience a smooth one. When you build with Elliott Homes, you are no longer just a buyer, you become family and I love that! This is a dream job for me."

    Renee is a Community Specialist with Elliott Homes. She grew up on the Gulf Coast and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University. She has over 10 years of customer service experience, part of which was gained from managing a multi-family property in Atlanta, GA for 2 years. Renee returned home to continue her career as a Property Manager and later obtained her Real Estate License, which lead her to join the Elliott team. “I’ve never seen a group of people work together with the passion and commitment like I’ve experienced here at Elliott Homes. Everyone will bend over backwards to make sure you feel like part of the family, regardless of whether you’re a customer or an employee. I’m honored to be a part of something so special.”

    Shawna Dunaway is the Sales & Marketing Assistant. Shawna is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. She has over 6 years of Marketing experience, including the development and implementation of a mobile application. Shawna is brand new to the New Home Sales process, but is no stranger to the construction world. She has a passion for helping others and a willingness to provide current and future customers the tools they need to build the home of their dreams. Shawna is originally from the Gulf Coast area and currently resides in Biloxi.

    Meggan Brown is the Executive Assistant to Brandon Elliott. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Houston. She has an extensive background in administration and being an executive assistant. She moved from Houston to the Gulf Coast area in late 2015 and began working with Elliott Homes immediately. "I am proud to be on this team of such passionate people. I have never been involved with a company that cares so much about their customer relationships."

    Director of Operations

    Wayne Zill is the Operations Director for Elliott Homes. He brings over 20 years of residential operational construction experience to Elliott Homes. He has experienced building with large and small builders throughout the Midwestern United States bringing construction and purchasing expertise to the Gulf Coast. His operational positions have included entry level superintendent to division management roles in construction and purchasing operations, to executive management levels at both divisional and regional levels for one of the largest builders in the nation. He has done construction technical auditing and regional construction and purchasing management of a 5000 unit region of a national builder, division manager of a large city division, to consulting work for a custom home builder. His experience is designed to help leverage and improve the back office operations of Elliott Homes as we grow on the Gulf Coast of Mississippi.

    Romelle is the Operations & Purchasing Agent. She was born and raised right here in South Mississippi. Romelle started working in the Construction Industry in 2006 for Roy Anderson Corporation in the Accounting Department. She remained with the company until 2013 and then joined the Accounting Team at Shular Companies, a company geared more towards the Hospitality Industry. While she enjoyed working for Shular she really missed working in the Construction Industry and as fate would have it in 2015 she was contacted about an open position with Elliott Homes. After researching a bit more about the company and what the company stands for she decided to join the team. Romelle now works alongside the Operations Director helping to automate the operations side of the business for a better home buying experience. “I absolutely love the fact that whether you are an employee or home buyer with Elliott Homes you are made to feel like you truly are family and your opinion is valued. Never have I worked with such a positive, caring, hardworking team of people. I love my job and love seeing the results of our hard work when we are done with these homes.”

    Asher Travis is the Accountant for Elliott Homes and has been with the team since 2012. He relocated to the Gulf Coast from Memphis, Tennessee in January of 1990. Asher has 15 years experience in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry as Management. He also has 6 years
    experience in Accounting for Commercial Construction.
