    Adrienne Elliott has always been inspired by the world of fashion, interiors, and architecture and was destined to become a designer from an early age. After receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology, she wanted to further pursue her true passion in design. Life's path unveiled an opportunity, and she began to create interior spaces for Elliott Homes on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Adrienne's style is neither contemporary nor traditional. Her style is defined by layering to achieve a balance. Through incorporating multiple eras and culture, a unique aesthetic is displayed. Adrienne has her Associate Diploma Course in Interior Design from Rhodec International. Adrienne is the driving force behind the inception of "The Adrienne Collection."

    President

    Brandon Elliott is the founder/president of Elliott Companies, which are comprised of Elliott Homes and Elliott Land Development. He started Elliott Homes in 2009 with his wife, Adrienne and built it up to what it is today. He says a great company is only that way if the weakest link is great, so he carefully selected his staff.

    Brandon oversees the growth objectives of each company and ensures that all aspects of each are properly managed. Also, he obtains capital and other funding sources to develop communities that follow our foundational concepts. Brandon assists the staff in improving the policies and procedures as well as the quality of life for our Buyers, Vendors, and Co-workers. He believes that 100% customer satisfaction is attainable, but it starts at the signing table. “A business that is extremely organized and sets the expectations of their clients correctly can attain this level of greatness.” He and Adrienne had a vision to give people the ability to choose what they want, which is why Elliott Homes’ Business Plan allows them to design the house of their dreams. To further expand on his commitment to the quality of life along the coast, Brandon feels it is essential to give back to the community. He understands hard work after playing professional hockey, which was a springboard for business. He grew up mentoring his Grandfather in a family business.

    Maegan Harder is the Customer Service Concierge. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi. Maegan has over nine years experience in management and customer service. In 2014 she and her husband decided Elliott Homes would build their dream home. They moved into their new home, and four months later she was accepting a position here. "During my own building experience with Elliott Homes, I fell in love with the company and the staff. I am truly honored to work with such passionate and driven people. I love working with our home buyers and making their building experience a smooth one. When you build with Elliott Homes, you are no longer just a buyer, you become family, and I love that! This is a dream job for me."

    Jeanne has been in the home building industry for more than 20 years and has received multiple awards for her designs. After relocating from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jeanne tells us, "I've always felt passionate about my work in the home building industry. After all, what could be better than helping people achieve the American Dream?"

    When asked why she joined the Elliott Homes team, Jeanne replied, "Because most companies strive for satisfactory customer service. At Elliott Homes, the benchmark is to create an extraordinary experience for every homeowner. That was something I knew I had to be part of."

    Renee grew up on the Gulf Coast and graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi State University. She has over 10 years of customer service experience, part of which was gained from managing a multi-family property in Atlanta, GA for 2 years. Renee returned home to continue her career as a Property Manager and later obtained her Real Estate License, which led her to join the Elliott team. “I’ve never seen a group of people work together with the passion and commitment like I’ve experienced here at Elliott Homes. Everyone will bend over backward to make sure you feel like part of the family, regardless of whether you’re a customer or an employee. I’m honored to be a part of something so special.”

    With over 20 years of experience in the new home business, Elaine knows when she sees the quality of home that she would personally want to live in.     Shawna Dunaway is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. She has over 8 years of Marketing experience, including the development and implementation of a mobile application. Shawna is originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast and currently resides in Woolmarket with her son, Cale.

    Larry Pittman has more than 25 years in new home sales. His commitment to helping people build the home of their dreams is unmatched. As a Gulfport native, Larry knows his way around the Gulf Coast and its history. More than 45 years ago Larry married his high school sweetheart. They have three children and 5 grandchildren. No one ever leaves a meeting with Larry without a smile on their face. His sense of humor and knowledge make a great combination.

    Mitzi was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. With more than 20 years of customer service experience, she is a perfect fit for Elliott Homes’ mission of improving the quality of life. After working as a sales agent at Verizon for 10 years, Mitzi went to work at Mississippi Power. Her role in energy-efficiency has helped our team realize how valuable using energy efficient products is for our customers.

    If you ask Mitzi what she loves most about being part of the Elliott Homes’ team, she will reply, “I love the sense of pride people have when they buy their Elliott Home. It makes me feel like I am part of something monumental in our homeowner’s lives.” She adds, “I am thrilled to be a part of this amazing team and each homeowner’s experience!”

    Brittany is an Air Force Veteran who is excited to put roots down on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Her passion for homes has brought her to the Elliott Homes family. Of course, Brittany is enjoying all that the coast has to offer including boating, fishing, entertainment and spending time with family and friends. Her love of animals makes her a member of our #EveryoneDeservesaDreamHome committee to help homeless pets find their forever home. Brittany loves to bake and the team can tell you that she's good at it! When you see Brittany, please don't hesitate to thank her for her service to our country.     Roy brings more than 30 years of Operations experience to our team. As the Senior Operations Manager for a division of Kodak consisting of nine labs across Canada, Roy managed more over 500 employees. Technology changes in the photographic industry prompted him to make a career change to his long time passion, home building, and renovation. Roy has gone from Sales Management at an independent kitchen cabinet company for five years to a Sales Associate at Elliott Homes.

    Roy loves to spend time with his children and grandchildren. He loves the people along the coast and is becoming an avid kite boarder. Cruising the Coast is favorite of his due to his love of classic cars, a 1963 T-Bird especially. You’ll find Roy overseeing home projects along the coast. His commitment to providing top notch customer satisfaction has endeared him to many of our homeowners.

    Our homeowners love Ryan's speed and professionalism he shows after seven years in the construction industry. He was born and raised on the Gulf Coast and wouldn’t dream of living anywhere else. Ryan is happily married to Jaymi for five years. When not on site with one of our amazing homeowners, you will find Ryan spending time with his 8-month-old son, Mason and a 3-year-old Labrador, Marlin. Ryan loves being on the water and offshore fishing.

    When asked what he loves most about Elliott Homes, Ryan says, “The Celebration Walk when turning over the keys to our homeowners. What an honor!”

    Bo started in the construction industry as a teen in his family’s home building enterprise. He is a dynamic and versatile residential construction executive with a reputation for exceptional business skills, enthusiasm, and limitless energy. When Bo is involved, he’s sure to find a way to improve the process all while providing customers with the best experience. As a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, you’ll be hard pressed to find someone who doesn’t know of Bo and his construction experience.

    Adam Joiner is our Production Manager who moved from Milton, Florida. After graduating high school in 1996, he attended the University of Alabama, Jones County Junior College, and Mississippi State University. While construction is his favorite hobby and we can all attest at Elliott Homes that he’s pretty much mastered his hobby, others include travel, golf and spending time in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. Adam loves new home construction and is on a mission to build quality homes on time and within budget.

    Pamela is extremely dedicated to Elliott Homes and our homeowners. She can read blueprints, make spreadsheets and has mastered getting government approval for the homes we build. She loves living on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and is always looking to help economic growth in our local community.

    When asked what she loves most about her position at Elliott Homes, Pam replied, “Besides all the wonderful coworkers and friends I've made through working at Elliott Homes, I love that it's not simply building a house for this company. It's all the blood, sweat, and sometimes tears to do our absolute best to build the perfect home for our buyers each and every time.”

    Asher Travis is the Accountant for Elliott Homes and has been with the team since 2012. He relocated to the Gulf Coast from Memphis, Tennessee in January of 1990. Asher has 15 years experience in the Hotel and Restaurant Industry as Management. He also has 6 years experience in Accounting for Commercial Construction.

    MS Gulf Coast native. Graduated USM with BSBA in Accounting. Over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting with the majority of that in the real estate/property management industry. That experience includes managing the accounting for residential and commercial properties, as well as a $55 million construction renovation project. I like traveling with my husband and spending time with my children and grandchildren. I admire the Elliott Homes commitment to quality and dedication to the community.

    Jennifer was born up state New York, grew up in Long Island. Moved to Ocean Springs two weeks after Hurricane Katrina. Wanted a change of pace for her and her family. She has a Degree in Design and has worked in the home building industry as an Interior Designer for the past 11 years. Jennifer has a passion for design, home building, art, culture and travel.

    Born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Seana received her degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and graduated from USM. Elliott Homes is such a great company to work for. This company makes me feel like family. Elliott homes helps brighten up the Gulf Coast with beautifully crafted homes that are unique to this area and to the people who own the homes. I love to see the growth along the Gulf Coast, because of all the potential here. Elliott homes helps with the growth along the MS Gulf Coast.     Leon Williams is the Director of Purchasing who partners with all departments within the organization to provide the tools and information they need to be successful throughout the home building process. After spending nearly 2 decades in product sales and representation, on-site applications and internal operations, Leon has collective experience that makes him capable of understanding all aspects of proficient productivity. Along with applicable knowledge, Leon has extensive training certifications under the industry’s best instructors and mentors, including Chuck Shinn, Scott Sedam, Tom Noonan and Matt Collins, just name a few. Leon also holds a B.A. in Business-Economics, and a B.A. in Accounting, from Randolph-Macon College in Ashland, VA.

    Land Acquisition Manager

    Kenneth Jones attended Louisiana State University and graduated in 2005 with a BA in Business Administration. After graduating, Kenneth entered commercial real estate. For the last 4 years prior to coming to work at Elliott Homes, Kenneth had highest sales volume in commercial real estate for the in the Mississippi Gulf Coast Association of Realtors and won numerous awards from Coldwell Banker Commercial for his sales volume. Kenneth has handled many different types of commercial development including the sale of over 1,200 acres of land in South Mississippi over his career. Kenneth was hired for his experience in Land Acquisitions and was quickly promoted to Director of Land.

    Quality Process Manager

    Gabe Necaise was the Center Manager for Meridian Brick. He started as a CSR and worked his way to Center Manager. He was with the company for 15 years and was responsible for day to day operations, and managing the Budget. Gabe was also responsible for Leading the Safety Culture, and working with the TEAM to create new processes or improving our delivery to the end user. He began as the QP Manager with Elliott Homes in December of 2017 and brings an entirely new dimension to the Elliott Homes culture.

    Keila was born on the Island of Puerto Rico. For half of her life, she was in Racine, Wisconsin and the other half in Puerto Rico. Keila relocated to Mississippi after Hurricane Maria destroyed her Island. She is a single mother of two young boys.
    Keila has experience in office administration and customer service, being fully bilingual. She loves the experience of showing an Elliott home in Spanish - reaching out and making her customers feel comfortable in their own language. Keila loves the arts, food, music and photography. She is really happy to bring a Latin vibe to Elliott Homes.

    Tammy is originally from Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and has been in outside sales for 22 years on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Tammy has a passion for sales and more importantly customer service! She is actively involved in her church and loves to spend time with her family and friends. Tammy's background is copier sales, credit card processing, and security consulting. She absolutely loves being a part of the Elliott Homes' team.

    Rod is from North Carolina. Looking for a change of pace he visited Gulfport and found exactly what he was looking for in Elliott Homes. A company dedicated to customer service and a team of people unbelievably passionate about making a difference in lives via the home building industry. Rod's experience is in new home residential sales, marketing & management. He has worked in multiple cities and states managing luxury urban infill home communities, suburban estate communities along with starter and 1st move up home communities. Prior to working in new home sales he worked with Century 21 as a Buyer's Agent and as a Production Analyst with Nortel - Research Triangle Park, NC (Telecommunications Company). Rod loves reading, learning, traveling & spending time with family and friends.
